We are not a traditional real estate developer. We design the whole system — land, streets, homes, infrastructure, approvals, ordering, construction, and long-term stewardship — so better places can be built again, and repeated. The mechanics exist to make one promise real: a better daily life at a better total cost.
Where we begin
It starts on a real Main Street.
Mainstreet is rooted in Florence, Alabama and The Shoals, with our home base in a restored historic bank downtown. We believe the best place to learn how to build new towns is to first care for the ones we already have — which is why restoring old Main Streets and building new ones are part of the same work.

Beauty, walkability, and affordability shouldn't be a tradeoff. We design so they reinforce each other.
Density should feel like abundance
Shade, gardens, front doors, shortcuts, and useful public space — not towers and parking. Cars are allowed; they're not honored.
Make beautiful towns normal again
The places people love became luxury products. Our job is to make them ordinary, attainable, and repeatable.
